On Saturday October 3rd, Access Engineering held their first lesson of the semester. The lessons this week largely focused on computer science, with the majority of sections distributed throughout Penn’s computer labs. Students learned about logical operators, simple if statements, and logical constructions.
The advanced section began work with Arduino boards again. After a review of basic programming and style, they began working on a Bluetooth connection dongle. The advanced section will continue to work on the same section two weeks from now, as there is no section next week due to fall break.
Students enjoyed a short pizza lunch break at noon. Access Engineering is also proud to announce that we are able to subsidize SEPTA tokens this semester.
